How much can I borrow?

Can I get an Agreement in Principle?
Once we have found you a suitable lender then we are able to provide you with an agreement in principal. An Agreement In Principal is when a specific lender does a credit check against you and reviews your initial details, it will state the lender is provisionally happy to lend you the amount of money requested.
Once you have an Agreement In Principal you can be confident that you can get a mortgage and put an offer in on a property. Since Covid, a lot of estate Agents now ask for an Agreement In Principal before allowing you to view a a house so it pays to get your paperwork sorted before you go hunting for that perfect home.

Some lenders may refuse an application because of the inflated price, whilst some are happy to lend a good proportion of the LTV ratio.
